I tried to go for a cowgirl look with some midriff, but I'm not sure how well I accomplished it. I had trouble finding legs that both looked like jeans AND took on a matte blue instead of an insanely glossy blue. I might also want to try to change the belt to something bigger (to look like a rodeo belt).

I went through all 205 pages of this topic and was impressed in a way I seldom am in ESO. Nothing against the game really. It's what they call "a ME issue." Over the years I drifted more and more to Cyrodiil and away from the more charming aspects of the game world which the design of Cyrodiil fails to tap.

Thus, my notion of fashion and my feelings of attachment to my characters focused almost solely on allure.

I was debating on whether or not to get that costume because I wasn't sure how it would dye. Does it have more than one dye channel? And does it mess with color, or does it dye closer to true?

You basically described what I thought before I read your description. So you definitely got the idea across.

I think I have some styles that come to mind that might fit what you're looking for if you haven't tried them already.
Legs: Dreadsail light and heavy, Highrock Spellsword
Belts: Drowned Mariner medium and heavy, Akaviri and Ancestral Akaviri light and medium

The new Elven Hero costume is great when dyed the trailer colors. Can't get the exact colors however as the dye channels are not completely accurate.

I definitely read this as cowgirl before reading the caption! If it helps I saw someone do a really fun cowboy look the other day using what I’m pretty sure was the sapiarch light chest, it looks similar to a western style shirt if dyed right! No midriff for a cowgirl style crop top tho unfortunately : (

I think the orc breeches look great as jeans, I use wisp blue for light denim and I forget which for darker but it's not shiny and looks like denim.

My House Redoran agent from snowy Blacklight. Inspired by TES3's Netch Leather armour, with a frosty twist.

The colours of the screenshot look washed out compared to in-game sadly, but I tried to make the "metal" bits feel like bonemold.

My guar looks sad. I think its because its wearing steel instead of the obvious bonemold barding.
