No drops at all from Pan-Tamriel Celebration

So far, this morning, I have killed one dragon in Southern Elsweyr, done a Mirrormoor incursion, and killed a world boss in Deshaan. All with no coffers. I assume that possibly the game thought when I crashed on the first dragon I should have got a box there, but it was some time to log back in. Since then, no coffers.

An update: after submitting a bug report and reporting the problem here, I did get a Glorious Pan-Tamriel box from the same world boss when I happened to still be there and kill it the second time.

I think there's a weird mix of bugs and cooldowns going on. It seems there is a ~5 min. cooldown on boxes. For example, if you complete a world boss / dolmen immediately after each other you get nothing. But I've also failed to get my first box of the day today, at which point it could not have been on cooldown (and I did get loot from the boss).

Even more weirdly, today I managed to get two golden boxes in 2 hours.

No drops from Pan-Tamriel despite repeated kills on Sharpfang, the nearby dolmen boss, and the nearby delve boss. No tickets either.

same no lead from maps and i spent almost a 100 since the start of the event

household member, no forum access, has an issue where they absolutely cannot get purple boxes. they only get one gold box per day and that's it.
