"Morpholit Shank" lead not dropping from treasure chests

I've been trying to get this last lead for "Markyn Ring of Majesty" for OVER A YEAR NOW WIT NO LUCK!! Seriously, why have you made getting a single lead for a mythic that has been out for ages, so torturous?!? A YEAR?!? I've been running around Coldharbour over and over and over again, hoping to get the "Morpholit Shank" lead from treasure chests, but absolutely nothing! These leads should be guaranteed drops after 5-10 tries, NOT A YEAR!!!
