Can you get to other areas such as Reaper March in early Levels

I am level 26 now. Can I get to other areas such as Reaper March in early Levels.
Do I need to complete certain quest first?

Oh, you can pretty much get to any area of your faction whenever you want.

Just keep in mind that the creatures are tuned to be a good opponent for players of a certain level, and you're not at that level...

Yes you can

you can go there if you wish. Just make sure follow the road, otherwise you may hit some mobs and die.

also, try not to pick up any quest, it may disrupt the questline.

Thanks. But How can I find the exit of each area to the next one.

Just follow the main roads, they will inevitably lead to the exit areas... there are a few that are ship bound in other zones, for those just go to the docks and talk to captains one will always offer to take you places.

The only zones that are locked by level are Coldharbour (have to be 45 I think to get there even using teleport trick), your v1-5 area (have to complete main quest to get there), your v5-10 are (have to complete Cadwell's silver quest to get there) and Cyrodill (have to be level 10 to get there)

One useful trick to use is open your guild tab, click on members, look for anyone in your alliance in an area you don't know, right click on them and teleport to them.

No there is no level lock in either coldharbour nor veteran zones as long as you finish the relevant quests, I went to coldharbour at level 38, Veteran zone at level 46.

if you use teleport trick, you can get there at level 3, thats the source of the bot problem in ESO.

Good point forgot about that. There is a lock on the v1 and v5 zones based on quest tho. So a new character can't get to v1 area and a someone who hasn't completed silver can't get to v5 area. (I know I have tried, I am v6 now and haven't completed the quest yet - close but not yet... and I still can't get to it)

indeed, I hope these locks hold, the bot is running crazy everywhere now. Some bot is also leveling, which is frightening.

Safest way and it will unlock the shrine you port to. I actually went to Cold Harbor this way about 10 levels early and even collected a skyshard.

During beta you could go to Cyrodill before level 10 by being grouped up with a level 10 character. They may have fixed it for launch, haven't tried it, but it was possible.
