I do have some questions, if someone at ZOS (or people questing on the PTS) could answer please
1) Are these only for new content, or will some old quests be updated? (let us smooch Ithelia smh my head)
2) Do NPCs react differently to the various personality dialogue options?
3) How frequent are these? Sometimes we get [Skill Line] options but they're very rare. I'd like to see these be way more common than that
I'd appreciate any responses, thanks!

Hey everyone! Answered this on social media, but making sure I followed up here. Thanks @CoolBlast3 for the questions.
- Just new content at the moment. Mostly because it changes how the NPC reacts to you or what they say to you.
- Yes, they do. You'll see the first taste of it in the Prologue Quest on PTS.
- More frequent than persuade/ intimidate, but not every convo!
