[Bug?] Necromancer Empowering Grasp Only Buffs One Summon When Both Are Summoned

That feels so weird, the skill finally looked like it had been fixed and was usable, but for some reason when I have both skeletal mage and spirit guardian summoned, only one of them receives the buff from empowering grasp (the one that was summoned first)...
This cannot be intended, right??

✭✭✭✭✭This ability has literally never worked properly, and even if it functioned properly, would still be pretty bad in all honesty.
Instead of hoping that hit registration works or the pets don't bug out and simply not inherit the buff, ZOS should just give all pets the buff if the ability or slotted, or for like 8 seconds on cast whether they're hit or not.2
