Can't launch ESO.

When I press 'Play' on my launcher, the button goes grey for a moment, then becomes blue (clickable) again. Nothing happens.
I tried launching the launcher as administrator. Nothing. Tried launching eso.exe (the game itself, not the launcher) as administrator. Nothing. Tried following the steps described in the sticky (disabling antivirus and changing my usersettings.ini). Nothing. Rebooted, checked for driver updates, everything short of reinstalling. Nothing.
This only just started happening after the update.

Fixed by reinstalling. Ugh.

Please go to My Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online/Live and look for the UserSettings.txt file. Then perform the following steps:- Open UserSettings.txt with Notepad
- Press Ctrl + F and search for RequestedNumThreads
- This brings you to the line SET RequestedNumThreads "X" (with a number instead of X)
- Change that number to 0 (zero, not the letter O)
- Save and close the document
- Restart the launcher and try to launch the game
