It's Jan 2. As another person pointed out, the 2022 and 2023 crown store showcases were posted on Jan 3 and Jan 2, respectively.

It does not happen every month. I just looked to make the above post.
Going back over the last year, they posted on the first for April, May and July. January they posted on the second. The other eight months it's last working day of each month what's going to be in the crown store the following month.
Now after posting that, I feel the need to do something overwhelmingly nerdy, like sort my underpants into size order or something. *sigh*1 -
