Do Skill Styles drop from Undaunted Mystery Coffers?

I've noticed that there is a new type of item available at Maj al-Ragath at the moment: Skill styles for Momentun, Vibrant Yellow, and Twin Slashes, Lilac Purple, and Elemental Storm, Violet Purple for 20/20/40 keys respectively. I was wondering if these drop from coffers.
