Both PVE and PVP want to play. According to online sources, Dragon Rider PVE has high damage, while Witcher is much weaker and can only be used as a tool. As for Witcher, does PVP have flash or long-range capabilities? Will it be stronger than Dragon Rider

This is a bit confusing, are you referencing Dragonknight and Warden? As far as I'm aware, they can both be strong in PvP. Dragonknight is a melee class, warden isn't.

Edit: if witcher = necromancer though, then I haven't heard them be very good in pvp, but it makes a good pve tank.

    I think they mean Sorcerer.
Probably using some sort of translation tool.
If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

Ohhh yes sorcerer makes the most sense, thank you. Yes I assumed translator… wanted to get in here before the usual comments making fun of the post being confusing >_<.

So to answer OP’s question then, yes sorcerer is also good in PvP. I do not know which ones stronger.

All classes have long range abilities and can use all the weapons, so any can fight ranged or melee (or both).

I think currently Dragon Knight is more popular than Sorcerer for damage builds, but any class can do it and balance changes all the time, so pick the one you like best.

I think you're right. I remember hearing that a more accurate English name for Witchers in the books of the same name would have been "Hexer" so that probably is sorcerer, and I can see how Knight could come out as "Rider" (especially via other fantasy with dragon riders).
