Received a Social Ban for Christmas

Please help, I can not access guild banks, guild stores, or mail. Dealing with support to get my account working normally is not how I wanted to spend my Christmas day.

    It has been over 24 hours now and I have not received even we are investigating your issue response from customer service.

    I also have not received any automated E-mails to let me know that my account has had action taken by the automated system. If I did not already know what a Social ban was, this would be very confusing to a new player. There really should be something that lets a player know what is going on when every social aspect of the game is disabled.

    I currently can not manage the most important part of the 2 trade guilds I run either and this will become a much greater problem as Monday approaches.

    I sure hope my account was not targeted by a mass reporting. I would really like to know if it was the Collect on Delivery mails that triggered this. I will never use COD again, if that is the case.
