Why is my ESO Plus not showing up in game?

My PSN says it is still active but my crafting materials are in my inventory and the Plus not showing on my character screen.
I am looking for a category in game to report this but nothing seems applicable.

Ishtarknows✭✭✭✭✭Don't know if it will help, but zos probably can't help for a few days anyway so could be useful... a few years ago this was happening on Xbox. Logging into NA then back in to EU (or vice versa) fixed it for the session. I had to make a character to log into, but it helped until zos fixed whatever was causing it.1 -

✭✭✭✭Well I couldn’t find an appropriate category on the support page but I chose one and submitted a ticket. Now it seems to be working again for whatever reason. Thanks for the suggestion, though, I appreciate you trying to help.
If I have no other problems today I will close the ticket later.
