When will maniacal jester personality be fixed?

It is my favorite personality. I adore it. But it has been broken way over a year now. It keeps going to default animations. I want my personality animations back. I have done a bug report on it a long time ago. I might actually have done it twice.. Makes me sad. For it is the perfect personality for my character. And I haven't been able to use it for Soo long.
