    I have the same problem with not getting any code sent to my mail. Same for the User @Knifekill1984.
    Somehow i am not able to make a ticket on the link because i do not see how to. Get no code in the game client and i can not change my e-mail in the Account since you should get a mail there as well that is not beeing sent. I can receive mails from other e-mail adresses without any problem. My mail in the Account ends with @web.de if that does have anything to do with the problem.

    Thank you @ZOS_Kevin, I'll do that. I tried to change my account mail adress, but even the confirmation mail does not arrive, also tried forgot my password button, no mail. Ticket is open.

    I started my own thread about this before I saw these posts. My ticket number is 241213-003027, PC NA. Support was unable help, kicked up to a specialized team.

    Hello! First, thank you so much for all the work you guys put in to get the servers back up and running!!! Everything is great.... except I have been booted from Cyro 6 times in 3 hours, consistent loading screens mid run, laggy siege/skills, etc. Is this potentially an issue? I ask because I have already gone through the troubleshooting steps to no avail and this did not happen to me very often prior to the outage.

    EDIT: these are all in HKT btw, in case devs want sync up the packet losses I've been having to more easily take a look at what's going on. Funnily enough, throughout this I've only encountered a couple of hiccups in-game, with the only symptoms being slower barswaps occasionally, and our healer being kicked twice and unable to reconnect.

    You all may need to check the servers...they are crashing and many people are getting dumped from servers at a time now.

    So the workers all unionize and suddenly the server performance takes a massive hit. I really hope that is just an unfortunate correlation, and not causation.

    My first thought was they took the data center debacle and it used it as leverage to unionize.. but I’m pretty ignorant.

    I would like to sau a big thank you for all the guys working on the issue over two last days and to all dev team members in general, as a fellow ex-IT guy. You are great. Armaggedon-type events happens to all big infrastructure and given the size and complexity of ESO you are doing the greatest job making it up and running. Thanks!

    Seems to also affect the ability to verify your email change on an account. This will impact anyone trying to create a new account as a new player on any platform.

    Hopefully it get's fixed soon as it might drive away any new players. I'm missing out on logging in on my alt accounts which isn't fun but I still have my main account on Steam and an Xbox account. I was looking forward to getting the ESO+ trial and the craft bag on my alts but the remaining time is slowly counting down.

    If you have a gmail Account - try this. It works for me, i could change my E-Mail adress. it worked for me. I have received both codes (email and access code) and am now online again

    Mine is gmail. Still, that makes it a confirmation that gmail isn't the issue, I guess?
