Hi ! I'm trying to log in TESO but i'm on my new computer, and the menu asks me to give the access code sent by email. Problem is, i don't have the access code, because he has not been sent ! i checked, double checked my mail box, i don't have any new mail, and i NEED to access TESO before Monday.
Any solution ?

    If the help steps don't work, you should respond to this thread post here with your ticket number from support:

    A number of people aren't getting access codes after the outage, even after changing emails or working with support.

    I have the same issue not getting the access code and nothing in help section is of any use. The access code does not arrive in my email the same email since years the only change I have done is downloaded windows 11 . Support Ticket 241213-003995

    So no replies on my email from costumer support and no future information on forums about the matter. It would be nice to at least hear that someone did notice our reports and they are working on it .

    Here is the catch-22 I find myself in. I cannot even create a ticket with support, because when I get to the point where I click the "I still need assistance" button, I'm sent to a login page that (you may have guessed it) asks for an access code that I don't receive :#

    @ZOS_CouchTato, thanks a lot. I don't know what happened, but it seems I don't need to file a ticket at the moment anyway. For some reason I could log into my account again now.
