Open Crafting Station, present armory build reverts to previous build.

Never seen this before Dec, 2024 - last few days, If I open a crafting station, no crafting, just open it - Green CP Selection "Meticulous Disassembly" replaces "Steed" in the Green Champion Bar. Boom. Unless I'm mistaken, that is totally broken?
So, I push back. I open Green CP and force redistribute, put the Steed back into the Green Champion Bar, pay the 3k, and save the game, log out, the whole nine yards. Restart the game. Same toon, CP ok... visit a crafting station... Boom, Steed removed from Green Champion Bar, Meticulous Disassembly" installs itself.
Reload entire game. Reload entire Green CP. Still the same. No matter what I do, the game is not allowing Steed, when it can replace it with Meticulous Disassembly. Is this a feature?
