Errors 301 and 103

Friday night 12/6, I logged off around 11:30 PM EST with the game working fine. Now this morning on 12/7, I cannot log into the game. I am getting constant Error 301 and 103, unable to connect to the game. Nor can I connect to support when I click the help button; it times out. Help!

Jimbru✭✭✭✭Whenever I try to connect to the support page with those links, with the help or support buttons in the launcher, or the support link at the top of this page, this is what I get:
The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to help.elderscrollsonline.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
I also cannot log into the game. The launcher opens the game, but I cannot log in.0 -

In that case, we would recommend trying to open the pages after clearing your cookies, in incognito mode, or using a different browser.
As for logging into the game, do you receive the aforementioned errors when trying to log in or does something else happen?0 -

I also can't load the ESO support page. It gives the same "connection time-out" error as the OP reported here.
If it helps, there's some kind of major service outage going on; I first noticed I couldn't connect to some sites a few hours ago (around 8 AM ET). For example, Tumblr is down for me, Twitter is down, Wikipedia is down, a lot of gaming news sites I was trying to read are down, all with the "connection time-out" error. People were also reporting issues with Discord, but I didn't have any problems.
If you go to downdetector.com's main page, where they show current services reporting heavy disruptions, Elder Scrolls Online was listed when I checked about an hour ago. It's not showing on the main page now (but a lot of other services are popping up there as part of the disruption). On Down Detector's ESO page it says User reports indicate possible problems at The Elder Scrolls Online, and the chart is showing a huge spike in connection problems reported since 8 AM ET.
EDIT: I was finally able to log into ESO just now with no problems, but I'm noticing a lot of issues with keypresses lagging before being registered.

Jimbru✭✭✭✭Yeah, I am back on ESO now. Apparently there is/was some kind of internet-wide issue where some parts of the web weren't talking to others. I could get on Facebook, Bluesky and Youtube just fine. But ESO, Yahoo, and other sites were inaccessible. It seems to be mostly resolved now.0

Was in and playing for a while. Got kicked. Can't get back in. I've gotten errors 103, 200, 201, and 301. And I can't view the ESO help page either.
