I understand that it is probably intended that Turning Tide (TT) procs based off where you are rather than where you are bashing from, but with scribing allowing ranged bashes this has become more evident. Using Shield Throw with Knight's Valor causes TT to proc but not hit anything if nothing is in range based on where you are, wasting the entire proc. I think it would be cooler (although easier to deal with TT at range) if Shield Throw's bash could proc TT based on where the first bash happens as opposed to where the player is. That, or have TT work like Crimson where it won't proc if there's nothing within range of the player.
