Enchanter Writ not filtered properly

After Update 44, using the "Quests Only" filter in the Enchanting menu does not display any available glyphs, regardless of how many runes you're carrying and what runes that character knows.

After update 44 both Enchanting and Alchemy daily writs are broken. "Quest only" shows nothing and if it's unselected the white arrows next to correct runes and ingredients are missing. You just heve to know the correct combination / recipe like in the old days. Can it be fixed, please?

Hello! Thank you both for reporting this. We can confirm we do have a bug in for this and it will be fixed in an upcoming incremental patch.

Great (you know what I mean). I came here with a similar issue and wondered if is just me and saw this.

For me Enchanting doesn't even show you've got a quest, and Alchemy writs always show unknown components even if you have them. Things aren't completely broken, but you have to complete them manually.

I thought it was one of my add-ons but having spent time today updating and checking them I realised it was still not working.

Same problem with both enchanting and alchemy quests.

A quick update. It appears that only the daily crafting writs are affected by this(for me at least). I tried a couple of master writs last night and everything seemed to be working properly. I'm not sure about Witches writs as yet. I' think I've only got ones that need provisioning so far.

To make this bug headcanon I just RP that the little divider thingy that keeps the ingredients seperated in the craftbag got broken and now I have to sift through this big pile of ingredients :D

Awh cmon, not fixed in todays update...

I chose the wrong time to be low on gold and to rely on doing writs.

It got delayed to the next incremental patch. We made sure to add a patch note on this. We hit a bit of an issue with the fix, so it just needs a little more time.

@ZOS_Kevin additional to this issue I have the feeling, that my main (master crafter) has lost trait knowledge on a few alchemy ingredients.

I am sure I did all combinations so that she learned all traits, but now some traits are "unknown" again. Would you have a look at this? I can provide screenshots and more information if necessary.

Yeah we can pass this along. Feel free to DM screen shots and we can pass those along.

I don’t think trait knowledge has been lost, I think it is a UI bug only. Perhaps Kevin can shed more light onto the problem.

It's a UI bug, probably caused by the new quest markers for the daily writs.

Can confirm this. Last night I had 1 Ta rune already in my inventory (no crafting bag) which satisfied the second enchanting writ daily requirement; at that point, no red "Trait not learned" message. After crafting the required rune "with Ta", which used the inventory rune, the "Acquire Ta rune" flipped to 0/0 and the red "Trait not learned" message appeared.

I hope that info helps narrow down the cause and help generate a fix.
