Steed help

I bought the Noweyr steed set, would like to ride the steed along one day with the small steed in Cyrodiil, only can ride the steed that would be fun to see the set riding around, read that the horses came from the Ashlands? There was not much info in other outlets about the steed, so am I stuck with just riding the steed without the small buddy along the adventure? I do not play Morrowind, so will that appear okay to Morrowind players with the steed in Cyrodiil one day?

the Noweyr steed was made for Twitch and its flavor text is:
"The thief-god Rajhin is said to have stolen these enchanted purple steeds from somewhere in Oblivion, but when his worshipers are asked where he got them, they just laugh and say, "Noweyr!"

so no it doesn't originate from Morrowind.

And you can ride any mount wherever you want, it's your mount.

If you also have a matching non-combat pet, that can accompany you anywhere except Cyrodiil. This applies to any non-combat pet.

The Noweyr steed and pony was a bundle of mount and non-combat pet. Usually they are acquired separately, and you can use any combination of mount and pet that you have. They don't have to match.
