Siege weapons falling apart within seconds

Normally if you are attacking a keep and get off your siege weapon it falls apart very quickly even if at 100 percent if you just leave it there. Not within seconds but quite quickly and I've just accepted that as part of how the devs meant it to be.

HOWEVER that being said if you set up your siege weapon at your home base to repair them they fall apart within less than 3 or 4 seconds. This is apparently a new change or a bug. The first thing I do when entering cyrodill is repair my ballistas, meat bags, cold fire etc. Friday night I logged in and set up a ballista put a repair kit on it and set up another one, put a repair kit on that one and by the the second one had one kit in it the first ballista fell apart. By the time i turned back around to check the other one it fell apart also. Within seconds and both were well above 50 percent. I placed a new one that was at 100 percent and it fell apart withing seconds.

This does not occur when you are at a keep, I mean it is still fast like it used to be but not seconds. Something has changed.

Not a big deal but very annoying.

Shoot the ballista then repair between each time you fire it if you're not already doing that. Otherwise it's probably a bug/changed.

It degrades faster the longer it is unused, just interact with it for a split second.

Siege and structure repairs in Cyrodiil scale off your Healing Done stat. If you have a very low Healing Done stat, your repairs may be so inefficient they cannot keep up with the decay. Ask a healer friend with higher HD stat do your reps, it'll save rep kits, and the repairs will be much stronger.

A really stacked HD build (Argonian DK for Major Mending, with Healing Done set bonuses like Healer's Habit and Basalt Blooded backbar) can rep a low ballista to 50% in a single kit.
