Too long waiting times. And anything with a waiting time on it is a default - no from me. So - no. I loged in half an hour ago and only managed one bg - how is that fun?

It’s horrible. It’s next to impossible to complete the Battleground Daily. And the two team setting is nowhere near as fun as the 3 team setting.

We're looking into the Battlegrounds issue and looking to improve this.

I agree with this. PVP fights with 2v2 can be more fair, but 3v3 end up being more political in that you always have a worse off team that usually forces a 1v2 fights out of spite. Makese for more challenging pvp and less likely for teams to give up.

Ran a BG today and the losing team was down by 300 and just gave up. Had 1-2 mins of sitting around spamming buffs lol.

Love the new companions, but there is a small issue with accepting their quests on alt characters. There is no way to start their quests on alt characters through the crown store, the only way to start these is by going to the companion's quest locations in the world. But the crownstore does not state where these are. Right now these are still easy to find, as they are new, but once the content gets older it is going to be impossible to find/remember.

Allow alts to start the companion quests from the crown store even if we have bought them already, like the first character. And/or state in the crown store where to start the new companion quests for alt character. Also state in the crown store if that character can already summon that companion.

can't you start the quests by using their collectibles from the Allies Collection like other companions?

Today I made futile attempts to play pvp on my nightblade in Cyrodiil
You broke an entire class by changing the shadow ability
I can no longer get evasion by spamming a cloak, I can no longer move by spamming a cloak, I can no longer sneak away like I could before. I'm just running out of my magic pool 32000 magicka and its recovery of 1500 is not enough to play like I did before
You are completely blind and do not read the reviews of players who conducted tests on PTS and described the problem in detail
Before you pile a bunch of crap on an update, at least create a poll. Perhaps you have time to look at two simple strips that, I am sure, DO NOT CHANGE, would have received the most votes
I can't kite enemy attacks with a staff in my hands, because due to the new *** invisibility I have no resources left
All I can do now is sit motionless like a statue and do absolutely nothing, because any of my farts in invisibility consumes all my resources
PVP mode in Cyrodiil is dynamic, mobility is very important
What did you do? Disabled magic regen while moving
Perhaps you can think better about how to solve the problem with ball groups in Cyrodiil? Or perhaps you’ll think about how you can weaken the sorcerers? Or maybe you can think about how you can reduce the healing of the guardians?
This is the crappiest update for Nightblade ever. Congratulations to all clay-mix tanks who love hot kisses with strong men. Now there will be many fewer truly strong nightblades. Now only sorcerers and guardians will remain. I had 20k hp on my ganker, 19k on bomber. Yes, I was a pain in the ass of fairly strong players and could often gank even a tanked opponent, but if they discovered me, I was finished. Now you can easily and simply detect me, because I have no resources to use acceleration, no resources to heal myself by running away. Because I'm moving. *** stupidity.
Only clay mixers and idiots are happy about this change.
    I'm furious, confused
Farm armor, upgrade skills, collect builds, learn rotation and all this is in the trash
I hope you lose a large share of players and come to your senses
Pvp is the only thing that was interesting here for me. Hitting standing dolls in a group is of course sometimes fun but playing against real players was cooler (ganker and bomber, of course). Now neither one nor the other style of play is playable. Now there is no place for loners in pvp.
Khajiit is the most common race. The Nightblade is perfect for a cat. Making a dragon knight cat, a sorcerer cat, a guardian cat is a *** idea.
In general, this is the end point
Most likely you won’t read this message either, so it’s time to just delete this trash

Political? In ANY kind of pvp there is a worse team. Since they first came out I've done battlegrounds almost EVERY DAY and there are plenty of matches that looks like one team is going to win then 3rd place flips the battle midway coming in first. So long as your patient you'll eventually get a team that will help you complete the Daily Rewards. Even when it's clear you are going to lose you can potentially keep fighting for 2nd place because you would STILL get the Daily Rewards; THAT'S the clencher. Until TODAY the longest I've waited in the que was never over an hour. What's important to remember is not everyone who ques into Battleground uses a build that can hold its own in conventional/direct/head-on PVP. In fact, until today I've mostly used the same sets/builds for PVE in Battlegrounds. Head on I would die so many times I might as well give up on Battlegrounds all together. But the 3v3 gave me a lot of options. The size and complexity of the terrain always gave me a chance catch the other team unaware or escape a losing fight, the chaos caused by three teams fighting gave me the option of winning by outlasting the others when otherwise we would have lost, and 3V3 kept one team from getting an UNSHAKABLE advantage of the other (which happens most of the time in 2V2). Finally all that mayhem, tension, and unpredictability was so **** fun! In THIS two teams just charge at each other and the squishier one dies and loses in less than five minutes. But at the end of the day, the biggest question is why can't it be an option to have both 2v2 AND 3V3!?

Thank you, that worked. It's very unintuitive though. There should be an easier more clear way to start their quests. All the previous companions were easily picked up by going through the questzone.

I had never started a companion quest through collections before, and didn't know that was even possible. Maybe place a handbill for each companion in the major cities.

PS: Have unlocked both companions on six characters so far.

I agree 100% with those questioning the change to Shadowy Disguise. I knew this change was coming, but given it was billed as a tactical change I didn't really worry about it. Now the update has landed, the reality is; it plays as a major nerf. The skill is completely central to the way I play my character, the basic concept and everything. That idea is now in tatters.

I think if you'd set a realistic magika cost against the altered skill, it would have worked the way it was intended. But its actually so bad now, that it's just not worth having on the bar any more.

@ZOS_Kevin I appreciated the post on the known issues but as a console player would be nice to know if any of those issues will be solved before console launch, like those who already got quickly solved on PC (Banner Bearer grimoire etc.) so that we won't find them on November 13th.

Thanks! I began to love this game even more than before, thanks to scribing. I've been playing this game for about 5 years, and from the very beginning of the game, I was upset about only one thing. I didn't want to play as a dragon knight, but I wanted to be a fire mage (without using a staff), and after 5 years, I was finally able to feel it! It's really fun! And moreover, all this time I was trying to build for myself a build that matches my style of play (sorc with bow/dw) the dw/bow system is usually used, but this did not suit me, and bow/dw was not viable and it was difficult to achieve the required damage threshold per second. However, this is no longer the case! Thanks to scribing, I managed to assemble such an assembly on sorc (my main character)! I am really very grateful to you for such a wonderful system! Of all my desires, you have fulfilled the most important thing (others are less desirable, but still desirable are water mounts, like boats, small sailing ships and all that, or maybe a full-fledged system of sea voyages on ships, as well as growing all kinds of plants in your homes. It would be possible to add beds. and the last thing is the doors in the form of bookcases... although can also remember parkour, but this is too difficult a task). Anyway, ZOS, it's not February 14th yet, but I have to confess my love to you.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about pvp, I generally like the new bg, but the problem with rewards due to "one-sided battles" has become even more obvious, which I wrote in more detail in the discussions.

I can't help but feel the developers are throwing darts trying to come up with ways to make the game more appealing to the newer generation, but don't really care if it takes away what the veterans have been enjoying for years. Are all the years of painstakingly building my Nightblade only to have it super nerfed ruined ESO for me. I come back to the forums now and then and log on a few times HOPING that this is reversed.

I’m loving the 4v4 mode now that the bugs have been fixed!

Currently, I’m in the top 5 on the leaderboards. I heal a lot, but I also adapt to each game.

The small arenas really force players to focus on the objective rather than just camping in a corner for the occasional kill. To win, you have to play as a group!

Matches are also becoming more balanced as the MMR system gathers more data.

In the last few days I've spent a seven figure sum of gold trying out different Nightblade builds in PVP. The most effective build I can find now is a bow ganker. But its way underpowered from the twin blade build I had.

In my mind, update 44 is the death of the class, in PVP anyway. For the few who don't mind the change, or feel they can adapt to it, I wish you luck.

Khajiit is the most common race. The Nightblade is perfect for a cat. Making a dragon knight cat, a sorcerer cat, a guardian cat is a *** idea.
In general, this is the end point
Most likely you won’t read this message either, so it’s time to just delete this trash

They changed Nightblade Shadow ability!? That was only thing that kept my NB ***** alive in PVP! What preschool dropout came up with this!? Honestly if this update isn't deleted.....
Well, on the flip side, I think that after they butchered it, at least no other class mains will complain about cloak on forums ever again, righhhhhtt ? ? ? :joy:

That's why there are numerous skills and potions to EXPOSE stealthed players. If there are people complaining about Shadow being too OP then they are not even trying to make use of them.

The new companions were released on console about 3 days ago. Since then, I have unlocked Tanlorin and Zerith-var on several alts. And I have raised their rapport enough to start both of their first quests. So far, I have enjoyed each of the eight companion's story. Thanks, ZOS!

@ZOS_Kevin are there any discussions with the team specifically about updates to the companion system as a whole (i.e. expanded capabilities, further customization) or about account-wide unlocks for the companions?

I personally feel as though once we've done the unlock quest, we should just have an account-wide unlock of the companion similar to how their level is account-wide, as is there max level memento.

There are always conversations happening about things we can improve around companions. However, nothing to share specifically right now. We have passed along feedback around quest unlocks in the past, so the team is aware of that.
