Unable to use abilities during battlegrounds

So I was in a normal bg, then I died and, upon respawning, I couldn't use my abilities or do light/heavy attacks.

✭✭✭I've had this happen to me in Cyrodiil so I don't think it's strictly related to BGs. Only fix was to restart client.PC NA1 -
bkzland✭✭✭Same exact happened here just now. Can't use light attacks, heavy attacks, any skills. Only can block and roll dodge, use potion. /reloadui didn't help, and being in a battleground relogging wasn't an option.1
