The animation of Target Centurion, Robust Lambent is bugged

Please check in the preview at least the animation of the left arm is bugged when watching it from the back.
It looks like if the texture of the upper left arm is attached to the rotating disc of the lower arm...
This is not the case for the right arm where it looks just as it should.
