Will there be a PS5 Pro update for ESO at Nov 7th launch?

Even with the high price tag I may get a PS5 Pro. Will there be an update for ESO available at launch like there was with PS4 Pro?

Probably not. The game still supports PS4.
I can't see them making anymore adjustments for PS5 pro when the difference between PS4 and Pro will be too be great and probably create lag.

I'm not wasting my money on Pro.. they've already got PS6 in the pipeline.

We currently do not have any plans for PS5 Pro Support. If that changes, we will be sure to update.

That's too bad. I'm playing on PS5 in 4K now using Performance mode and ESO gets pretty blurry in town when there's a lot of other players. I was hoping the PS5 Pro would finally give full Fidelity graphics in 4K and 60+ frames.

Wait, does that mean if I buy a new Pro ESO won't run? Because seriously not supporting a major console is a problem.

It just means they are not going to implement an update to the game that will leverage the performance gains provided by the Pro. The game will exactly as it does on PS5 were you to install it on the Pro

I just want to say that I really hope this changes as we get closer to the release because it would be a shame that you guys previously advertised support for the PS4 Pro at it's release but now would decide not to update the game for the PS5 Pro.

Highly doubtful that Microsoft will allow a better experience on PlayStation than their home console Xbox.

Microsoft already confirmed PS5 Pro upgrade with Diablo 4 so I definitely don't see why not with ESO

Ridiculous decision, the awful DRS- FSR Blurriness could be improved so much on the PS5 Pro
