Extreme console lag since update 44

Constant lag/frame drop, Constant crashing, Constant rubber banding and skipping. The game is almost completely unplayable for me since the update and I've put in tickets to get this resolved as none of these "tips" work. I get a list of 90 names of blocked contacts in my text chat window which hasn't been fixed in months to which a "specialized team" was working on it and just let it go and continues to do this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the problems still continue. Constantly I get kicked to the log in menu saying "Unable to connect to the game server, please check your internet connection".

The "tips" I've currently tried on a regular DAILY basis are as follows:
-Deleted game saves
-Cleared the MAC address
-Unplugged every single cord going to my Xbox (waited 10 minutes) This includes the power cord AND ethernet cable
-Reset the internet
-Selected the right port

I don't have internet problems I can play other games online, just this game has insane problems daily. I don't understand why each update console gets worse and worse and worse. Very frustrating for someone who's played a long time.

I have been experiencing extremely low frame rates on PS NA in cities, even small ones like Riften where I do daily crafting writs. The duelers came back sometime last week (after a long absence) and even when they are just standing around the frame rate is about 30 fps. When dueling it is much worse. There is not a huge group of players, maybe only 5-6 of them when I notice the frames drop.

I am on PS5 with Performance mode so I should be getting a guaranteed 60 fps. I have hardwired connection, no wi-fi and at least 600 Mbps download speed.

Are you on an Xbox series x? Older consoles than this do seem to struggle.
One thing I’ve seen people do is put the game
On an external SSD - rather than the internal storage - that seems to help a bit

I'm on PS4 and thought it might be the console but some nights it's fine. The past two nights have been ridiculous for lag. I shouldn't see load screens going through an area. Also more worrying is enemies being invisible.

Due to only playing ESO it's the only game on it and my storage is only half full.

This happens on PC servers with high-end specs as well. It isn't console specific. Last night in Cyrodiil in the middle of a field with no one around and maybe half population (one locked, the others at 2 bars and 1, or 1 bar and none, depending on whether you're counting in gamepad mode or keyboard mode), I got a black out in place of a loadscreen. It tends to occur in one specific spot in Grahtwood for me as well.
