Hermaeus Mora

For a long time. I haven't played Tales Of Tribute!
With the 2 new companions, I have played a little again for friendship with Zenith-Var. I was looking at my deck and saw I missed the deck for Hermaeus Mora.
Google search shows me it comes from Infinity Archive.
So I wonder why haven't I received a single fragment.
I have played Infinity Archive and have got all the items from there but no fragments for Hermaeus Mora.
How do I get Hermaeus Mora deck?

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Not sure this helps, but all my fragments (aside from the one sold by the IA vendor) came from picking the "Unknown" portals instead of the actual IA stages.Baandari stamsorc1 -

Incorrect. Unknown Portals muniment chests can have leads, style pages, furnishings, fragments. The Cycle Boss muniment chests do not. At least in the first 3 Arcs they don't.
