In the crown store the Tanlorin and Zerith-var Bundle will still show as purchasable for the character who purchased the bundle. For the other characters on the account, the bundle will be grayed out and no longer show as purchasable.

To start the quest on other characters, you only need to “summon“ the companion. It will say something like “You have to complete quest X first“ and start the quest for you.2
