Question about the limited visitor permission

From what I gathered a limited visitor cannot turn on/off the lights or open/close the doors placed by the owner of the house. But what about the doors that are part of the original structure on the premises? Let's say I want to list the Seabloom Villa. The plot has a house and the area around it. Will a limited visitor be able to enter the house or will they be confined to the grounds around it?

yes Limited Visitors can use doors that are not furniture
