Detect Scribing skill has no counter play

This skill has no counter play. The person can cast it and it lasts the total duration of the base skill. I believe to balance this make mark target last it's original duration so that a stealth nightblade has some counter if they are not using major breach on another skill.

✭✭✭Not sure what scribing skill you're referring to. I've gone through all of the scribing skills, focuses, affixes etc. multiple times and there is no "Detect" option for any of them that I could find.
