How often do fixes go out, i have a new character that is unable to complete the Grahtwood mainquest

Known issue, with a claimed upcoming fix. you get trapped in a door and cannot proceed in the mission..

how often do fixes go out? These missions have been here since launch, feels like they should not break so easily.

i asked if it would go out with the Maintenance but just got sarcasm in a discord.

As it is a main quest, I am 99.9% sure it will be fixed with tomorrow's maintenance(11-11-24). You can still complete the rest of the zone without messing up your quest order, if you are following the story in order.

I'm currently stuck on that same quest as well(southpoint), as I do everything in order I simply continued on another character doing something else for a few days.

It's annoying, but bugs do happen sometimes. Fixes usually go out every two weeks. Unless it is a gamebreaking thing, then they will take the servers down immediately or the day after.

I just stopped playing that specific and loaded up a older character to farm gear.

For Future reference, is there anything GMs can do? game dependent there are sometimes the option of commands that can solve the issue. some games allow GMs to preform such actions others do not even provide the GMs with the commands.

Unfortunately ZoS GM's disappeared years ago, I do not think they have any regular employee's with that level of power anymore......

Nine, ten years ago yes, definitely, I received such help, now nope, highly unlikely!

You can /report it (or is it /bug? I forget) and either port out and re-enter the quest zone, or abandon the quest and restart (which can involve some backtracking, but not for the whole quest chain at least, just that one quest.)
