Ok i haven't played in years wanted to make a new character. I remember having blue streaks in an old characters hair but can not find that option anywhere.

sadly you cannot dye hairstyles blue, but there's only a few blue coloured hairstyles.

Rotmeth Hangover Bed-head and Mane of Many Rivers from Wild Hunt Crates have blue streaks.

And Azure Ombre from All Maker Crates is completely blue.

it'll eventually return.
hairstyles are collectibles so not 1 time use.
