3-lives Deathmatch 'awarding' deserter when all lives lost and unable to continue

The 3-lives deathmatch kicked me for 'inactivity' when I had lost all lives, and could not rez or do anything but wait for the match to end. My whole team was dead, could not rez, and game faild to end, and we were all kicked an given the penalty.
