Banner Bearer's signature script cavalier's Charge only accounts for permanent buffs

so speed buffs such as major and minor expedition from sources like path and quick siphon or rapids do not grant the users any additional damage despite 45% increase in speed which should equate to 270 weapon and spell damage

What even counts as a permanent buff? Like the Bosmer racial passive?

Because others have said that Swift and the Stud Mundus do not have an impact. And I would consider those to be permanent effects since they do not change during combat.

Are you able to test the chaotic whirlwind set to see if it has been broken too? They have very similar effects, and I've been wondering if the two may stack.

    Chaotic Whirlwind
(2 items) When you cast Whirlwind while in combat, you gain a stack of Chaotic Whirlwind for 5 seconds, granting you 5% Movement Speed per stack, up to a maximum of 5 times. While Chaotic Whirlwind is active, you gain 6 Weapon and Spell Damage for every 1% bonus Movement Speed you have, up to a maximum of 450. At 5 stacks, the duration doubles but cannot be refreshed.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

Chaotic Whirlwind works as expected. It provides hundreds of Weapon Damage if you have things like Rapids and Swift on. Vs. the "dozens" of Weapon Damage that the affix currently provides.

FWIW, last night I cast Race Against Time (for Major Expo) and it gave me... 56 Weapon Damage. It SHOULD be 30 * 6 = 180 Weapon Damage.

Hey all - thanks for the report! This Signature Script is currently bugged and is granting a % modifier to your Weapon and Spell Damage based on your Movement Speed - thus why it's showing up much weaker (and varied) than expected. At most, it can currently grant 4% Weapon and Spell Damage, which will be fixed in a future update to grant the proper flat amount.

Is it possible to get an acknowledgement that the devs are aware of the issue with the Immobilize focus script and how it is broken in PvP environments?

I reported that bug back during the PTS but basically every Banner Bearer bug has now been acknowledged except for it.
