ambush/lotus fan still not working and getting stuck in animation

Ambush/lotus fan still doesnt work properly and you get stuck in it's animation. Please revert it to any of the other gap closer animations, such as take flight.

Also remove the cast time. Like all the other gap closers.

    Still getting stuck. Wasting ultimate, cooldowns and combo skills because I'm just pooping mid air.
