After a long break I came back, and have some questions (in topic)

Dear Heroes of Tamriel!

My name is Levente a 32yr old husband, dad of two child, a casual player, and I'm from Hungary.
My native language is not english, so please don't spit on me for the grammar errors.
I came back to ESO from a really long break (with this comeback, I refreshed my ESO+, and topuped a bit of Crowns (~10k). Regarding of the Chapters and DLCs, I won't start type, since its not matter in this case, however, I have several questions, which you can find below.

I have a 160+ CP on my account (not too much I know), and I have a Templar, a Nightblade and an Arcanist (all of them are at level 50).
This would be the most important one:
1) Question #1: If I want to play only PVE contents right now, and all of my characters are Stamina builded, which would be the best for a Tank/Healer and DPS? Weapons what I love and enjoy: DW, Bow, 2H Sword as a DPS. For a tank and heal, I know they need a different weapons, but idk which class would be the best for this - if you have other recommendations, please shout it!

I think about to buy some motifs from the Crown store. There are two what I really like
2) Question #2: If I buy a motif, I will instantly gain access to the motifs EVERY armor skins (light, medium and heavy) plus the weapon styles, which are available for use across my account?
3) Question #3: Only the character where I learned the motif, will able to craft those recioies for my friends (future ones, since I dont have any right now lol), or I be able to craft with all of my characters at my account?

Thank you so much for your time, and your kind replies regarding my questions!

    1) I mostly agree with fred4, though maybe templar DPS, arcanist tank, nightblade healer. Arcanist does make a strong DPS, but it’s also a strong tank. Templar’s a good DPS for the execute damage and fast ressing. Nightblade healers can do damage while healing and also have some good buffs.

    2) Yes, you gain access on every character to the motifs in the outfit station.

    3) Only the character who used the motif item can craft in that motif.

I also agree with fred4 here, most motifs you can buy from players for cheap (1-5k gold/each PC/NA). Some are more expensive (20-200k PC/NA) but I think its still worth buying with gold rather than crowns. Some motifs though are crown-only.

I’d like to stick with one character for all roles if that’s possible, or most of them. Maybe for tank and dps. Tbh nightblade is not my favorite at all compared to the others.

You can. The armory station lets you save builds. I use my arcanist for dps, healer, and tank.

    1) Stamina Arcanist DD, Templar healer, Nightblade tank. It might sound funny to recommend nightblade as a tank, but trust me, it's good and easy to play right now.

Meta weapon for the Arcanist DD would be dual-wield front bar, fire staff back bar. However you could also use a bow on the back bar.

Tanking weapons: Start with 1H+S front bar, ice staff back bar.

Healer weapons: Resto staff front bar, destro staff back bar.

Tanks and healers are both magicka characters by nature. They need magicka regen and will use more magicka than stamina skills.

Healer should have 64 attribute points into magicka, tank 64 into health, Stamina DD 64 into stamina.

    2) and 3) Some motifs in the crown store are easily farmed or available to buy in guild stores with in-game gold. I strongly recommend you do a price comparison before paying with crowns.

You can do one character for all roles, albeit you may end up buying an extra armory slot to facilitate that. All classes are viable. Arcanist is arguably the most meta right now, but templar is not far behind. It's mainly as a tank that templar is a bit lacklustre once you reach endgame.

Thank you so much for your kind replies, I really appreciate it!

Right now, I only need to find out one last think:
Class. The Arcanist is a good high sustain damage dealer of my characters, it’s fun to play, but only tried with dps.
I not really into the meta builds since I try to do something different something which I enjoy to play with. I found an interesting video, where I ve seen the Necromancer.
It’s not a community loved one, however:
    - I can summon archery minion to aid me,
    - I can use an ulti for mass resurrection for my group members (which quite fun on open world activities, dungeons and so on I guess).

The color schemes are pretty neat for my eyes, the blue+green for necro and the just greenish from Arcanist.

As an Arcanist dps I already know it’s awesome. I just need to try out the tank role with it.
For a necromancer, I need to quickly level up one character during the +100% EXP event, have ESO+ which grants some extra EXP %, have plenty of EXP scrolls as well and have a trainee set too.
After that leveling I think I will able to pick my main.

In the meantime, if you have some pros and cons for ARCANIST and NECROMANCER please tell me!

Necro is the one class I don't play. Someone else will have to answer that one.

Arcanist has strong non-conditional AoE damage and a lot of group buffs. Its rotation is also slower than other classes due to maximizing beam uptime. Necromancer DPS has a faster rotation, you hit blastbones every 3 seconds if I recall correctly. It does make a strong tank though, because yes that res ult can really help in PuGs. It also has some good utility through minor and major vulnerability. I’d totally take advantage of the exp event and level a necromancer.
