The purchased armory slots should go to all characters on my account.

It should go to all of the characters like on Fallout 76. Thanks. 1500 Crowns is like $15. I could just have several stamina skill lines for my Dark Elf Nb. One could be two-handed, another dual wield, bow, and another one hand and shield. I could do magicka build in all plate armor, because he gets killed off fast in light armor. That would be a blank for resetting everything, and a dual wield for my current build. And then that leaves two-handed, one hand and shield, bow. and magicka build. That's $15x4=$60 for just one character if I can't have it for all characters on my account. That's not my liking for this game.

Also noob traps such as vampire/werewolf bites should cease to exist in store, same as their cures. It should simply redirect players with a quest marker to a spots on a map for the "infection", appropriately to their alliance of choice and to the local chapel for the corresponding cure, which cost is close to zero gold in-game.

I think those ones serve two very different purposes.

It's for vampire / werewolf whales who want their entire existence in ESO to have been as one of those.

Literally the first achievement for that character and possibly also their account will be one of those.

I'm not particularly into either or a whale but that's who I reckon they're targetting.

Also regular players from a different angle.

Those skill lines having a substantial real world $$$ value, being able to gift for free infection to friends / guildmates / random strangers has more value to kindly disposed chompers.
