Lore books keep popping up on my map, not sure why - I cleared Auridon three times of books, and new ones have popped again. I have one that I cannot get, The Gift of Arson. I finished this quest years ago when I first started playing. I've been told this one is possibly quest locked.

On my map, it's showing just NW of Quendeluun wayshrine. But it's nowhere accessible. So then I see it's connected to a quest and is in Abandoned Mine, which I cannot find, and have scoured the area, which is supposed to be North of Dawbreak.

I've spent hours across two days trying to get this book. There was another I found, it said after you finish the quest, it will be on top of this shrine. Great! I found it. Is The Gift of Arson like this too, and I'm just not seeing it, or must you have access to the quest to get it? I don't want to never get it. I'm trying to complete these lorebooks.
