Not getting any event tickets?

I've put this in support already, but not sure which category to really use in game. I figure once it hits my email, I can explain better.

The cooldown on event tickets for Witches Festival is 20 hours, now I'm not sure if that's still in effect or not, but I can tell you that I sent a message to my friend telling them I got my tickets for the day yesterday at 2:30AM. If the 20 hours thing is true, then I should have already gotten my tickets for the day, but I'm still sitting at 4/12 and it's been more than 20 hours and I've tried different bosses and still no tickets.
What's the stipulation this time? I know the Crowborne boss doesn't drop tickets and neither does Hollowjack, so I usually head out and do a dolmen to get my tickets and this time, I got nothing. I know last night I had to spend my tickets to pick up new ones, which did happen, but I still haven't gotten any in almost 24 hours.
Anyone else have this problem?

ShadariSoul ShrivenI've been unable to obtain any event tickets today despite killing several bosses in public dungeons. I submitted a ticket in-game but haven't received a response thus far. I didn't have any trouble before today. Not sure what could be the root cause here.0

ShadariSoul ShrivenUPDATE: I just now got two tickets killing a boss in Obsidian Scar. This is the same dungeon I was farming a bit earlier when I didn't get any tickets. No clue what's going on here.0

aussie500✭✭✭You get the new tickets after the reset for the day which is 24hrs. No you will not be getting tickets 4 hours earlier than everyone else, and it has been that way for years.0

I have not received any event tickets for the last several days. In fact, I think it has been since the beginning of the month - or more likely, since the last incremental patch.
No matter how many Witches Festival events I complete, my count has been stuck at 6 event tickets. It actually took me a couple of days logging on to notice.0 -

Update: I signed on for the first time today and completed:- The Lord Hollowjack quest
- The Crow quest
- A Dolmen
- A World Boss
I received a Plunder Skull for each, but still no event tickets.0 -

Ok - now it's showing I have 2 more. Huh. I guess it helps to complain?
I did the same thing yesterday and the day before but no event tickets. Today it worked. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 0
