Hi ! I'm doing "Chronicle of Fate", the last story quest of Necrom, and I'm encountering a bug during the ceremony in Cipher's Midden. I've done all side quests so a bunch of NPCs are here. Scruut says something, and Meena Shai from the Sidereal Cloisters adds something but then that's it. I see in uesp that several NPCs are supposed to talk and then the book appears but I don't get that and I can't talk to anyone except Gadayn to advance the quest.



So yeah I can move on but I'm afraid to do that in case Chronicle of Fate (the book) becomes glitched out forever for me lol and I kinda want to see the full ceremony also.

I've tried abandonning the quest and redoing it, reloadui, disabling all my addons and libraries (then abandonning and redoing everything again), porting out and in etc. Is there a known fix ? Should I just bug report ? Thank you.
