Craft Point - Steed's Blessing - connected?

Hello,

I have put some Champion Points into the Craft section - Steed's Blessing.

But notice how there are no connecting lines to it?

Do I have to add points from elsewhere to make it work?

Any yes, I thought it made my steed faster... oops.

No. If it's isolated like that you just need to slot it.

What exactly does it do? Increase speed when mounted?

Think it's just out of combat speed boost. Has nothing to do with mount despite the name. Still essential slottable for anyone who hates being slow for any reason.

When wondering around Cyrodil (stuck in combat) it might be helpful....otherwise, no use...I guess
