update 44 bug .. all actions are delayed

with the new update all commands ( actions) are delayed.
for example when i launch a fireball with staff it start 2/3 seconds after actions. same thing when collecting items .. sometimes i cant or action is delayed for 2/3 seconds.
Someone can help us
