Change basic weapon type?

In Skills, under weapons, I have a bow and a two handed.
I meant to choose dual-wield but got two handed by mistake.
Is there any way to change this weapon type to dual wield?

You can equip any weapon you want, so just equip dual wield weapons and you'll gain the dual wield skill line.

If you meant spent skill points, you can reset them (I do so at Grahtwood)

The way I pick up most weapon lines is by reading skill books from bookshelves in delves. I assume you're just starting, so by the time you can use a second bar, you should have more skills to choose from.

Also note that dual wield does not require matching weapons. You can use an axe and a mace together if that's what you have. They just have to be one-handed weapons.

Just equip any other weapon like two one hand weapons to duel wield, then kill any overland enemy and its activated.
You now need to level it who is a bit of an pain as you only know one skill initially.
Common way to do this is to do quests and switch to new weapon then handing in or doing dolmens, this works better during double xp and xp potions also help. You can use other weapon and switch before the final pinion is activated if you want.

Believe having more weapon skills on bar will level it faster? it will at least level the skills faster.
This is also nice for leveling healing staff and one hand and shield you don't have much use for doing quests but they are more useful in groups.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
