Quest directs me to read the list of Tribute opponents on the notice board outside Gonfalon Gaming Hall.
Quest marker on the map/compass points at the board.
No quest marker on the board, and nothing to read/select.
I have tried reloading UI/logging out and back in.
Cannot progress quest.

I started it again and that time marker appeared on board with some strange delay.0
