Launcher: Unable to load skin

I started to get the error "Unable to load skin" when I started launcher about a week before the patch. It stops the launcher and I have to restart it. It was not happening all the time, 1 every 2-3 launcher starts, but after the patch, I get this error 100%.
Based on another discussions on the forums I deleted the Launcher folder and reinstalled it, but there was no change and I always get the error. I can still directly run the game, but I don't think I will be able to update to the next bugfix/event patch that'll hit coming weeks if I can't run the launcher.
Anyone had experience or know a fix?

Do you happen to be playing on Steam or Epic? If so, you may want to try reinstalling the client per this article. If not, or if that doesn't work, we would recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can take a closer look. You can do so here.0
