Update 44 added a bunch of new gear sets, but all of them are missing in the patch notes. Why does it seem like things have gotten extremely sloppy lately?
Light – Tracker’s Lash
2 – Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
3 – Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
4 – Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
5 – When your attack is dodged, increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 95 for 7 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. This effect can occur once every 0.5 seconds.
Medium – Shared Pain
2 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
3 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
4 – Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
5 – Whenever you are dealt damage from a damage over time ability, you deal Magic Damage to the attacker. This effect scales off of the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. Reduce your damage taken from over time abilities by 8%.
Heavy – Siegemaster’s Focus
2 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
3 – Adds 1296 Maximum Health
4 – Adds 1487 Armor
5 – While you are using a non-Ram Siege Weapon, you are immune to knockback and disabling effects, you reduce your damage taken by 33%, and you can see enemies through walls.
Battlegrounds
Light – Bulwark of Ruination
2 – Adds 657 Critical Chance
3 – Adds 657 Critical Chance
4 – Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
5 – When an enemy blocks one of your attacks, reduce the amount of damage they can block by 8% for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 5 times and can occur once every 0.3 seconds.
Medium – Farstrider
2 – Adds 1487 Armor
3 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
4 – Adds 657 Critical Chance
5 – When you deal direct damage with a Blink, Charge, Leap, Teleport, or Pull ability, decrease the Critical Resistance of your enemy by 40% and increase your Critical Resistance by an equal amount for 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.
Heavy – Netch Oil
2 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
3 – Adds 1206 Maximum Health
4 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
5 – While you have Crowd Control Immunity, you are immune to Snares and Immobilizations.
There's also never a 'known issues' list on release. Not until the players start to complain and force them to list them. It's nothing new with ZoS. You get used to it.
