Azureblight criting bug

this set still cant crit but now crit damage(125%) can increase its damage
so nerfed Azureblightbetter now max dmg is double than old Azureblight
maybe 90k aoe dmg 1sec

    I see no difference comparing the damage of Azure with more or less crit damage. I've tried at 70% and at 88% with no difference in Azure's damage, keeping everything else the same. The numbers were identical for Azure.

    What suggested that it was the crit damage stat causing the changes? Others are reporting suspiciously high damage, but I'm not clear on what's caused the buff, as the devs claimed this would be a nerf.

    Are you referring to the ability for one single instance of Blight Seed on one target to explode multiple times in the same millisecond?

    That's been around since Update 41. I'm not aware of anything that changed with that this patch.

    It's also respecting individual cooldowns - individual casters cannot proc the explosion more than once per second. I think the language around the set is confusing, but the explosion cooldown definitely only explodes once per person per second. And before U44 it exploded once per person per 0.5s (note this target was not always reached).

    Hi Sarah, let us assume sure the set is functioning properly when it comes to respecting the cooldowns, sure. I just want to know why it is doing almost twice the damage now. This set was supposed to get balanced and brought down. I ran Sanity's edge last night and the ads MELTED, we laughed about just how busted this set is. Same thing on Ansuul / Bahsei / Reef. Is the new scaling THIS much of a buff? If so the set got extremely buffed then no? So...what was the point of adjustment? There is absolutely something wrong the way this set it functioning and it needs to be looked at. I am just not sure why there is so much silence from the devs on one of the main talking points during the 7 week PTS cycle.

    Well, it was buffed by 600% at max stacks so that's probably why.

    Edit: also with banner behaving oddly when stacked I could see there being unaccounted for buffs. But that's being hotfixed out today.
