Please report any issues you run into while the new Banner Bearer Grimoire in this thread. In general, we prefer you to use /bug in-game but if you’d rather submit a report here, please give us as much information as possible, including screenshots and/or video if applicable. Thank you!

    Bug Reports for Banner Bearer:

    1. The Cavalier's Charge affix does NOT currently function correctly in computing its bonus Weapon Damage. It appears to be providing about 1.5 Weapon Damage per Bonus Movement Speed rather than the stated 6 per 1%. Comparing the Asylum DW to the affix illustrates this well, as Asylum correctly computes and adds several hundred Weapon Damage while Rapid Maneuvers is active. Whereas Cavalier's Charge provides something like 60. So... that is very clearly broken.

    2. Druid's Resurgence affix does NOT apply its bonus Resource Recovery to any target that is using their own copy of Banner Bearer. This does not comply with the listed tooltip language of the affix, which states that you will provide your instance of the bonus Resource Recovery to anyone other than yourself. Rather, simply having an active aura prohibits ANY instance of Druid's Resurgence from applying to the user, whether it is it their own (correct behavior) or someone else's (incorrect behavior). This is simple to test with two people.

    3. The Immobilize affix only becomes active if it is activated AFTER a discrete "In Combat" instance begins. In other words, if you have the aura on and then combat begins... you are NOT actually getting its benefit, despite the aura clearly being "on" the entire time. This was tested many times on many different players in duels using many different Immobilize abilities. If someone turned their aura ON after a duel commenced then they would be protected. However, if someone came into the duel with the aura already on then they would take Immobilizes until they de-activated the aura and then re-enabled it. From there, the aura would work as described.

    TBH, there are likely MANY more bugs than this. This was the product of only an hour of testing. Banner Bearer needs some big-time QA before it goes live otherwise there will be a deluge of new Bug Reports by confused players.

    I would like to report that it is still not computing the bonus damage correctly.

    • Major and Minor Expedition should provide 270 weapon and spell damage and they're only providing 70.
    • Major and Minor Expedition are not stacking with Ring of the Wild Hunt it's either or.
    • Celerity doesn't appear to be affecting the buff.
    • The Steed Mundus does not appear to be affecting the buff.
    • Swift Jewelry does not appear to be affecting the buff.
    • Activating the banner I get 23 weapon and spell damage from... something, it's really hard to tell from what because there doesn't appear to be a clear method of determining what my movement speed bonus is in game.
    • Major Gallop (30%) does increase the weapon and spell damage the same 70 points I would get from Major and Minor Expedition (45%) or the Ring of the Wild Hunt(45%).

    • When crouching you lose all the bonus damage.

    Currently I am only able to get this buff to 93 weapon and spell damage. Not really worth it.
