Force Shock rework idea

The idea is to make Force Shock and it's morphs behave like Fatecarver skill from Arcanist class, but instead of casting a prolonged beam, that damage all targets in it's path, cast a breaf beam with decreasing damage for each target it travel through. As for morhps: Force Pulse could offer less reduction of damage for each target hit. For Crushing Shock it would be ideal if the ability will still target only focused target, and not a free aim like Fatecarver, so it could interrupt only focused target, perhaps with even more reduction of damage for each subsequent targed.

Why not suggest it as a new Scribing skill instead?
    Seems more likely.

Perhaps, but Destruction Staff skill line already have a scribing skill, and adding another one could require adding new scribing skill for all other weapon skill lines, as to not distinguish that skill line, which would require more work and new ideas for different skills, although I'm not opposed to that, and would quite like more scribing skills.
