Not inspired by this post, but last week I was very bothered by the lack of the announcement of a returning Grand Torpal Hideaway, so I wound up sending in a support ticket. Since I joined for Morrowind (and accidentally missed the house) I feel very left out.

I really just want some information about whether it will come around again.

My concern is that Summerset is set to release for June 5th, while last year Morrowind released for June 6th. So It seems like an Anniversary is unlikely.

Once people get tired of chasing mounts the limited time homes will be put in the crown crates so there is still hope of getting the home you want for about $500 USD.

i don't understand why Tel Galen House is not for sale.
i was inside it looking at it and wanted to see how much it costs, but when i clicked the F5 option it kicked me out and to the entrance and it said

"this home is not available"

but its complete, so why is it not for sale?

Artificial scarcity. By artificially locking it away after a limited release, it reminds people that if they don't buy a house during a limited release window it's gone forever, which encourages them to buy rather than wait. It also primes people to be willing to immediately buy it if it becomes available again, even if the price is higher.

Basically, it's a sales tactic built on exploiting impulse buying and completionist behavior.

I've posted about this bs myself, the FOMO tactic fails because people don't buy it at the time because they don't have the money, or travelling, or whatever reason, and also they don't make money off it because only minimal people buy it in the limited time window. Countless people have said they want to buy Tel Galen but can't because it isn't available due to ZoS' bizarre and non-sensical refusal to put it on sale again. It's such a frustrating aspect of this game.

There's hope for Tel Galen and other MW items! They just announced the Orsinium anniversary event coming up, where they are re-releasing Pariah's Pinnacle and the Malacath furnishing pack!

So, it's possible that since Morrowind is now a DLC, it'll get the anniversary treatment next year. And, possibly, Tel Galen would return along with the Vivec furnishing pack.

UESP says (under occurences), you missed it 4 more times in this 6 years.
Last time was some weeks ago, i'm afraid you are a bit too late. Maybe a nice mail to support will get your goal, but don't count on that. Or set the alarm, somewhat around in - 26?

Officially support no longer allow the buy-it-totally-unfurnished outside of sale window thing.

Circumstances beyond my control prevented me for playing for an extended period. I came back to discover I quite enjoy arcanists, but had missed the Unutterable Truths Tower by a couple of months.

The only potentially saving grace is that the Apocrypha and Daedric furnishing styles are similar enough for me to make an Apocryphal home for my arcanists in the free Doomchar Plateau, which I had been using as a furniture storehouse.
